Jennifer Cella-Roe, LCSW
Founder & Clinical DirectorJennifer Cella-Roe is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Monmouth University in 2010 and has spent her career helping individuals work through trauma, loss, anxiety, and other emotional challenges in a supportive and compassionate environment.
In 2019, Jennifer founded her private practice with a focus on treating PTSD, trauma, and mood disorders. Her approach centers on creating a safe space where clients can explore difficult experiences, understand the impact of trauma, and begin rebuilding a sense of stability and control in their lives.
Jennifer’s commitment to trauma work developed through her experience supporting military clients and individuals affected by sudden tragedy — leading her to pursue specialized training in Disaster Response Crisis Counseling. She has provided crisis counseling in the aftermath of Hurricane Irene, Superstorm Sandy, automobile accident fatalities, and worksite fatalities.
In addition to her clinical work, Jennifer provides professional supervision to mental health clinicians working toward licensure, valuing the mentorship of the next generation of therapists.
A team built on expertise & empathy

Madison specializes in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions, with a focus on building resilience and healthier coping strategies. She provides a supportive, collaborative environment where clients explore relationship difficulties, patterns of overthinking, and communication challenges. Her approach is shaped both by professional training and personal experience navigating trauma — giving her a deep, empathetic understanding of her clients’ journeys.

Jessica holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology as well as a Master of Social Work. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma — with a special focus on supporting healthcare workers navigating burnout and the emotional toll of caregiving. She recognizes the weight that healthcare professionals carried through the COVID-19 pandemic and is passionate about helping them find balance and care for themselves. Jessica uses CBT techniques and believes therapy should focus on the whole person, not just a diagnosis.

Emily earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Rowan University and her MSW from Stockton University. She gained clinical experience at Sunrise Detox supporting individuals in early recovery, and completed her graduate internship with the Mental Health Association (MHA) in 2022. Emily is certified in QPR suicide prevention and CIT crisis intervention training, and serves as a WRAP Facilitator and BIT Hoarding Facilitator. Her collaborative, strengths-based style focuses on practical tools for long-term wellness.
