Licensed Social Worker

Jessica holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology as well as a Master of Social Work. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma — with a special focus on supporting healthcare workers navigating burnout and the emotional toll of caregiving. She recognizes the weight that healthcare professionals carried through the COVID-19 pandemic and is passionate about helping them find balance and care for themselves. Jessica uses CBT techniques and believes therapy should focus on the whole person, not just a diagnosis.

What Guides Us

Our shared values & approach

Trauma-Informed Care

Every member of our team practices through a trauma-informed lens — understanding how past experiences shape present struggles, and responding with sensitivity and skill.

Evidence-Based Practice

We use only research-supported approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT-informed techniques, and mindfulness — methods proven to create lasting, meaningful change.

Client-Centered

Your goals, your pace, your journey. We build personalized treatment plans that reflect your unique strengths, needs, and vision for your life.

Confidential & Safe

Confidentiality is foundational. Every session — delivered via secure telehealth — provides a non-judgmental space where you can show up fully as yourself.

Accessible Care

We accept Medicaid and most major insurance plans in NJ and PA, and provide telehealth sessions so care is accessible wherever you are.

Professional Growth

We invest in the next generation of clinicians through supervision and mentorship — because better-supported therapists mean better-supported clients.
