Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask if JCR Therapy is an in-network provider. You can also contact us directly and we’ll help verify your benefits.

Schedule a Consultation

Once coverage is confirmed, schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. We’ll answer any questions about costs, copays, or coverage before your first appointment.

Begin Your Care

Your insurance handles the billing directly. You simply focus on your healing — we take care of the paperwork and work with your insurer on your behalf.

What if my insurance isn’t listed?

If you don’t see your insurance plan listed, please call us at 609-703-8270 or email jennifer@jcrtherapy.com. We are continually adding new insurance plans and may accept yours — or we can discuss other options to make care affordable for you.

Do you offer a sliding scale or self-pay option?

Please contact us directly to discuss self-pay rates and payment options. We are committed to making care as accessible as possible and are happy to talk through what works for your situation.

What is a copay and how does it work?

A copay is a fixed amount you pay at each session — the rest is covered by your insurance. Your specific copay amount depends on your plan. We recommend calling your insurance company to confirm your mental health benefits before your first appointment.

Is telehealth covered by insurance?

Most insurance plans — including Medicare and Medicaid — cover telehealth mental health services. Coverage expanded significantly in recent years. We recommend confirming telehealth coverage with your insurer, and we’re happy to assist with that process.

Do you accept insurance in both NJ and PA?

Yes — Jennifer Cella-Roe is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and accepts insurance in both states. Other team members may have different coverage areas; contact us for details about your specific clinician.
